Still a buzz for Beehive Folk Club

For nearly forty years, the Beehive Folk Club has been bringing some of the best acts from the UK folk scene to Harthill village with their monthly concerts.

Originally started in Derbyshire in the early 1980s by folk duo Ken Atkinson and Peter Garrett, the club moved to Harthill in 1988, first in The Beehive pub before relocating to the village hall in 2017.

They meet on the first Friday of every month and are renowned for booking headline folk artists. In the run up to Christmas, they include Faustus, Chris and Kellie While, Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman, Other Roads and Jez Lowe and the Bad Pennies
